(Lộc, Bình Phước) Trả lời Zona thần kinh là bệnh nhiễm trùng cho virus varicella zoster (virus gây bệnh thủy đậu) gây ra. Sau khi người bệnh khỏi hoàn toàn thủy đậu, virus này sống ẩn trong hạch thần kinh. Khi gặp điều kiện thuận lợi như: suy giảm miễn dịch, căng thẳng, suy nhược cơ thể,…virus sẽ được kích hoạt trở lại, rời vị trí trú ngụ, di chuyển dọc dây thần kinh để ra ngoài da và gây ra những biểu hiện của bệnh zona. Một số trường hợp chăm sóc vết thương không đúng cách có thể gây nhiễm trùng, hoại tử vùng da bệnh và khi lành sẽ để lại sẹo lồi. Mụn nước/bóng nước có thể tồn tại khoảng 7-10 ngày sau đó sẽ khô dần, đóng mài và lành. Trong thời gian này, người bệnh không nên đắp lá, ngâm lá, thoa mực tàu hoặc khoán/phán lên vùng da bệnh. Khi tắm rửa hàng ngày, cần hạn chế chà xát xà phòng hoặc các hoá chất có khả năng gây kích ứng da. Cố gắng giữ cho mụn nước nguyên vẹn, cần tránh cào gãi hoặc chọc vỡ/chích vỡ mụn nước. Trong trường hợp mụn nước đã vỡ, rỉ dịch, có thể đắp ướt bằng thuốc tím pha loãng để giúp sát khuẩn vết thương và thoa kháng sinh tại chỗ để hạn chế nhiễm trùng.
