Công ty của Nhật Bản, chuyên về Logistics, Dịch vụ xuất nhập khẩu, trụ sở tại quận Hoàn Kiếm- Hà Nội, cần tuyển GẤP 01 nhân viên Admin làm việc lâu dài.

Job descriptions:
The Finance cum Administrative Staff is responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of Naigai Nitto Logistics Vietnam Co., Ltd and monitoring the accounting and expenses for the office.

Administrative job:
- Handling administrative works of the Office.
- Assist in Office’s reception activities: great visitor, answer incoming calls, send and receive email, fax and correspondences
- Ensure office equipment are functioning properly, and proper filing and documentation
- Research and make recommendations on purchasing and leasing decision.
- Manage inventory of appropriate office supplies.
- Assist in developing and implementing office policies.
- Provide support to the offices in Human Resources related matters.
- Assist in conducting and coordinating recruitment activities.
- Responsible for salary computation and benefits administration (insurance claims etc).
- Assist in organizing company welfare activities and events
- Other duties as assigned.

FINANCIAL job:
- Manages the processes of vouchers, payments in cash and by the bank transfer;
- Issue invoices.
- Monitors real accounts (payables, receivables) and regular reports;
- Monitors income, costs, expenditure, bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly / quarterly internal financial reports.
- Cash book and Cash flow management
- Liaise with bank in relation with banking matters
- Prepare and submission timely VAT CIT, PIT, FCT
- Coordinating with accountant to do and check monthly financial statement
- Other duties as assigned.

• Working days: Monday – Friday
• Working hours: 8:00 ~ 12:00; 13:00 ~ 17:00.
• Working place: South Pacific Bldg, 73 Ly Nam De, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi.

Requirements:
+ Female, not over 32 years old. University graduated.
+ At least 2-3 years relevant working experience
+ Fluent in English. Skilled in MS Office
+ Proactive, responsible, detailed, hardworking and willing to learn
+ Desire to work long term.
+ Can start to work as soon as possible.

Mình bổ sung một vài phúc lợi của công ty đối với nhân viên như sau:
- Ngoài lương cơ bản, các bạn có phụ cấp ăn trưa, phụ cấp đi lại, tiền điện thoại
- Lương và phụ cấp sẽ được điều chỉnh vào tháng Năm hàng năm
- Thưởng các dịp 30/4, 1/5, thưởng cuối năm, thưởng Tết.
- Nghỉ phép 12 ngày/năm, tăng thêm 1 ngày phép cứ sau 4 năm.
- Hàng tháng, nhân viên Nữ được nghỉ 1 ngày vào "kỳ đèn đỏ"
- Kiểm tra sức khỏe định kỳ hàng năm
- Đi tham quan hàng năm cùng công ty
- Các quyền và nghĩa vụ khác theo luật lao động quy định.
