Job:

• Job title : Recruitment Consultant (Junior)
• Job location : Ho Chi Minh City
• Salary indication : Negotiate

Duties:

• Find and contact suited candidates for client’s vacancies.
• Interview candidate and send suited candidates to the client.
• Manage the recruitment process; keep contact with candidates and clients.
• Reach monthly individual sales targets.
• Aware new clients and keep old clients
• Participate in networking, seminar
• Promote WE CONNECT in general.
• Other tasks

Requirements:

· Ability to deal with and acquire clients

· Good communication skills, able to communicate on all levels.

· Dynamic and smart work

· Can work independently and in team.

· Sales, customer service attitude.

· Reasonable English skills

· Just graduated or 1, 2 experienced years in sales, recruiting, headhunting or relevant job
