You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique requirements, assess their current security infrastructure, and provide tailored recommendations and solutions using Rapid7's tools and technologies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of client environments to identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and potential security risks. Utilize Rapid7's suite of products, including InsightVM, InsightIDR, and InsightAppSec, to perform vulnerability scanning, threat detection, and application security testing. Analyze assessment results and provide actionable recommendations for remediation and risk mitigation. Assist clients in implementing and configuring Rapid7 solutions to improve their security defences and streamline their incident response processes. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Requirements: Proven experience working with Rapid7's security products, including InsightVM, InsightIDR, and InsightAppSec. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Professional certifications such as Rapid7 Certified User (RCU) or Rapid7 Certified Consultant (RCC) are preferred but not required.
