    Mấy năm nay kinh tế khó khăn, do đó việc làm cũng vậy.Nên mình muốn lập lên Topic này để mọi người cùng chia sẻ với nhau những công việc tốt. Vì mình nghĩ sẽ nhiều người cần thông tin như vậy. (Note: Mình không phải headhunter & cũng không phải đang cần tìm việc cả nhà nhé!).

    General
    Our L2 support engineers are working with medium and big size organizations, helping them to solve advanced issues with different software solutions. They are also working closely with internal L1 team members, dealing with elevated cases and continuously improving their knowledge through training and mentoring.

    We are looking for experienced, hard worker and highly motivated team members that have a blend of superb technical capabilities and an ability to manage a small team (up to 10 team members).

    Job description
    Main responsibilities of L2 support engineer:
    • Help L1 solving complicated technical issues reported by end customers regarding their applications (email and face to face communication)
    • Take charge of the reported tickets and continue working on each until fully resolved to the customers’ satisfaction
    • Manage weekly training sessions to increase the knowledge of L1 engineers
    • Serve as key point of contact for any issue related ongoing tickets
    • Train and mentor new team members
    • Serve as team leaders for 5-10 team members, including recruitment, ongoing professional management and responsibility for customer satisfaction
    • Take charge of internal lab set up and ongoing maintenance

    Expectations
    • Align to the company’s targets in term of number ticket received, number of tickets resolved and high level of satisfaction from the customer (through customer’s surveys)
    • Share knowledge with team members and continue learning to stay at highest level possible
    • Issue advanced product’s certifications where available
    • Superb level of service to end customers and internal team members at any point of time
    • Report to site manager

    Job requirements:
    • IT technical background – proven experience of at least 3 years with one of the following technology:
    • HP Service Manager or HP Service Desk (SM)
    • HP Operation Manager (OM)
    • HP Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
    • Great communication skills – writing and talking
    • Customer oriented
    • Proven capability to manage small groups of technical people
    • Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
