Kinh nghiệm: Thủ Tướng: Cần Đặt Mình Vào Địa Vị Người Chưa Có Nhà Để Lo Nhà Ở Xã Hội Cho Dân

Ngày 16-3, Thủ tướng Chính phủ Phạm Minh Chính chủ trì hội nghị tháo gỡ khó khăn, thúc đẩy phát triển nhà ở xã hội.

Hội nghị được tổ chức theo hình thức trực tuyến, kết nối từ trụ sở Chính phủ tới 63 tỉnh, thành phố trên cả nước.

Chăm lo nhà ở là chính sách trụ cột

Cùng dự ở đầu cầu trụ sở Chính phủ có Phó Thủ tướng Trần Hồng Hà, lãnh đạo các bộ, ngành, các chuyên gia, các tổ chức tài chính, ngân hàng, hiệp hội bất động sản (BĐS).

Mở đầu hội nghị, Thủ tướng Phạm Minh Chính nêu rõ, phát triển nhà ở xã hội, nhà ở cho công nhân vừa là một trong những trụ cột của các chính sách an sinh xã hội, được Đảng, Nhà nước đặc biệt quan tâm và được Chính phủ xác định là một nhiệm vụ trọng tâm trong phát triển kinh tế - xã hội của đất nước.

Theo đó, ngày 3-4-2023, Thủ tướng đã phê duyệt đề án 1 triệu căn nhà ở xã hội, triển khai gói tín dụng ưu đãi 120 nghìn tỷ, cùng với đó là ban hành nhiều chính sách ưu đãi cho các dự án nhà ở xã hội, tháo gỡ khó khăn về pháp lý, mở rộng điều kiện, đối tượng mua nhà ở xã hội, nhà ở cho công nhân.

Tuy nhiên, theo Thủ tướng, qua 1 năm thực hiện, đến nay việc phát triển nhà ở xã hội đã bước đầu có kết quả, nhưng vẫn còn hạn chế so với nhu cầu của người dân và mục tiêu đề ra. Theo đó Thủ tướng đề nghị hội nghị chỉ rõ nguyên nhân, bài học kinh nghiệm và hiến kế để Chính phủ làm tốt việc chăm lo nhà ở cho người dân.
