Job: Content Review Analyst (Vietnamese)

***Working Hour: Normal working hour for 1st or 2 months, then candidate have to be ready for shift rotation job (Shift pattern based on team discussion later on)

Remuneration: Salary up to RM 3500 (18 trieu 500)+ Bonus (2 trieu) + Attractive benefits

Responsibilities:
Supporting Digital Social Media platform client
Content/Documentation management, check on contract details, ensure compliance of policy
Accountable for the success and quality of the process
Ensures that the process is followed correctly in-Service Operations
Approves management reporting and tool requirements
Help improve the defined processes as we create more automation and gather information

Requirements:
Written, Spoken, Reading communications of Vietnamese
6+ months of experience in digital space
Experience with social networking (or similar programs)
Ready to work in 24/7 environment
