WHAT YOU WILL DO:

1. Client Services (40%)

· Provide services to GPA Vietnam’s clients, primarily high school and college students

· Assist students in their application process to American and Canadian schools

· Ensure high standards of service quality to maximize customer’s satisfaction


2. Paper work (40%)

· Help students with their application procedure for American and Canadian schools: researching admissions requirements, editing students’ CVs, filling finacial documents and application forms

· Help students and parents prepare required paper works and documents

· Assist students in contacting with admission officers to inquire admission-related information


3. Marketing Activities (20%)

· Design and implement outreach and marketing activities for GPA Vietnam with the goal to attract new clients

· Develop partnerships with schools, student associations, and other networks to build resources for GPA Vietnam to better support clients

WHO MAKES THE BEST FIT:

We welcome individuals with the following qualities:

· Positive attitude is a MUST

· Preferably 1-3 years of experience in relevant field

· Eager to learn and open to take on challenges

· Self-confident, honest and responsible

· Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English

· Good attention to details

· Perfect time & deadline management

· While experience in marketing or education fields would be a plus, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply


Salary: 6,000,000 - 10,000,000 (Depending on your experience and qualifications)

Thời gian làm việc bên mình : Buổi sáng: 9h00-12h30, Buổi chiều: 13h30-18h bạn nhé. Từ thứ 2 tới thứ 6, sáng thứ 7.
