1. How often do you read books?
Well to be honest, I think I would have to say that it really depends. Like for instance, if I have a lot of free time, I will read one book a day. Whereas in contrast, if I’m too busy, I will not read book regularly. But I will try to read one book a week.
2. Do you think it’s important for children to learn by visiting exhibitions and museums?
Well in actual fact, I think it is important. You know like to be exact when children come museums, they will discover how centuries of people have thought, lived, and played before us. In this way they become more interesting in history
3. Are libraries in your country more popular now than 10 years ago?
Well to be honest, if I think about it, I guess that libraries in my country are not popular than 10 years ago. In fact, many people think that “Why do we need libraries when all the information in the world is on the internet?” Technology has certainly changed the way people read.
4. What are the characteristic of a good writer?
Of course, it goes without saying that there’s quite characteristics. Though I think the most common would potentially be passionate about it. This could be because creating a great text without passion is like trying to breathe under water. It’s downright impossible. And I shouldn’t forget to mention that a good writer need practice often. Practice makes perfect. The more you write, the more you will be able to synthesize information and to develop ideas.

Task 2:
Well in general I would say that I’m really into subject of human resource management. And I guess this is probably because this subject provides me with a system of general knowledge, applicable tools and essential skills for human resource managers. In actual fact, I have developed my skills in building up and implementing systems of effective human resource policies. As well as this I have been study it for 1 semester. You know I want to be a manager so it goes without saying that this subject is very useful for my future career. Human Resource Management is concerned with getting the right people into the right jobs, and knowing how to keep them and advance their careers. Human resource managers have an important role in an organization because they deal with recruitment, salaries, training programs and staff performance. By studying Human Resource Management, I will acquire people management skills that will help me to better understand my workmates and employees.

1, How often do you read books?
Well, to be honest, I suppose I have to say that, I have to read books every day. It is due to the fact that now I am the final year students at hanoi law university, so I have many assignments and work to do. As a result of it, most of my reading books are law books and reference books. In addition at weekend when I have free time, I often read fiction because I am fairly keen on reading them.
2, Do you think it is important for children to learn by visiting exhibitions and museums?
Well, in general I would say that, I think it is quite important for children to learn by visiting exhibitions and museum. Ovibiously, the children live in the morden life and that they do not know about the history or good tradition of our country. There is no doubt that Visting exhibitions and museums is not only a occasion to relax but also a opportunity for the kids to learn the knowledge from life.
3, Are libraries in your country more popular than 10 years ago?
Well, of course libraries in our country now is more popular in comparison with 10 years ago. It is due to the fact that along with the development of our society, our library is well equiped too. So that now, there are not only many public libraries but also a large numbers of school or university libraries.
4, what are the characteristics of a good writer?
Of courses I think the first thing I have to say that it is necessary for a writer to be honest. If your feeling is honest and from the bottom of your heart, people will love to read your writing. The second point is the accurately in using words and organizing your ideas. And I should add the final point is that a good writer must be hard working. Practice makes perfect

Task 2: Describe a teacher you really admire
Well, I need to start of by pointing out that my literature teacher at high school- mr Hoi has greatly influenced me and makes me really admired. He seems so simple in clothes, in his style, but his knowledge is fabulous. He is the person who inspired me in learning literature and make me realize how humane literature is. I have known him for 7 years. And he teached me not only the knowledge to be success in the university exam but also inestimable lesson for life.

Almost half the world is now live in urban areas and, as cities grow even larger, condition for city dwellers are likely to get worse. Two of the most critical problems, it can be argued, are pollution and population growth.

Nowadays, pollution is one of the most difficult issues that many societies have to cope with and solve. There are numerous reasons why I hold this opinion, and I would explore a few of the most important ones here. In the first place, it causes a serious damage to humans’ health. Adverse air quality can kill many organisms including humans. A 20-years study of residents of a Cairo suburb shows that the tiny particles in polluted air could lead to three times long-term health problems as was previously thought, for instance, heart attacks and lung cancer. Another reason why I prefer the argument is that the environment is being destroyed by pollution. For example, soil can become infertile and unsuitable for plants, which will affect other organisms and the food web; causing acid rain. From my own perspective, to deal with this problem, we have to recycling the rubbish, and used the products that are good for the environment.

Population is labor source, and it determines the development of countries. However, population growth rate is increasing rapidly recently in some developing countries make a burden to the governments. Firstly, a lot of people may became unemployed due to the number of jobs are limited. The second thing that must be taken into consideration is that people are making the environment even worst than we thought, the reason seems to be obvious the citizens are lack of intellect about role of the environment to human life. The only way to solve this problem is that we have to educate the people about give birth one or two children, and about important of environment.

From what has been discussed above, we may finally draw the conclusion that pollution and population growth are serious trouble that every countries must deal with and we can only improve the situation when we are united.

Nowadays, the faster rate of developing process of cities, the more people are attracted to live in urban instead of countryside. It could be understood clearly that a high level of accumulation and concentration of economic activities create an enormous demand in labor market. However, increase of housing and medical problems have similar meanings with decrease of life quality, thus, Government’s management in this situation has significant effects to balance population density and improve public services.

Otherwise, overcrowded condition in cities is one of the main reasons of many following matters such as transportation. The most serious transport problem is that it cannot satisfy the numerous requirements of urban mobility. Especially, it can be seen that urban traffic and accidents match a higher and higher proportion with development of cities. There are some methods for this problem like enforcing stricter traffic rules, expanding public transit, and controlling urban population growth… Nevertheless, to implement the methods requires supports of Government and positive attitude of citizens.

More than that, the third problem in this essay is pollution which exists in both aspects of air pollution and noise pollution. Rapid growth rates of the vehicles are high levels of carbon monoxide and hydrocarbon emissions. Moreover, cities’ incessant street noises aren't just annoying. Both of them can contribute to stress and sleep loss, or can damage to people’s health. The fact is that pollution is a global problem that has various measures to control, but quite difficult to apply in each urban circumstance including reducing traffic system, using cleaner fuels, or improving existing public transportation…

Based on the above analysis, we can see that there are many city problems that people have to resolve, although multiple solutions can be applied, it should be coordinated Government’s policies and awareness of inhabitants.

What are the key problems facing the world’s cities in the 21st century. And what can be done about them?

As society develops, people are attaching much importance to many serious problems. Especially in the 21st century there are three key problems that the world’s cities have to face. They are pollution, inflation and population explosion.

I would like to present some explanations to confirm that I am right and to give some sollutions. The first thing I should mention is that pollution is a very severe issue. Day after day many factories release to the environment a lot of garbages and this action causes very bad consequences, such as the water resouce is polluted, the climate is getting terrible, the health of people is declining… To overcome this awful matter, I think all people must have the correct knoledge about the importance of protectingenvironment and with the co-ordination of the Governments we can have many practical and effective activities to improve the environment.

The second thing that must be taken into consideration is that we must face to the inflation. In recent years, inflation is moving upward and makes people down to miserable status as the prices of all products are getting higher and higher quickly. However, it is wrong to say that we are unable to solve this matter. In my opinion, the Governments play an important role, in another way, only the Governments can have useful and radical measures for this problem, such as use law to control the economy, manage the trade,… If the Governments do these measures seriously, we will have nice results.

It might also be noted that the population explosion is a very severe problem, too. Nowaday, there are too many people all over the world, so the traffic is very bad and the environment is polluted because of all activities of human. I do strongly support the idea that controlling the increase of inhabitant is one of the most strategic policies of all nations. It is clearly seen that if the popultion exceed the limit, it can cause very horrible effects and the society will be unable to control. Because of this reason, I would argue that every country have to practise reasonable policies. They can educate civilizations about population polycies and why all people should follow it. Beside that, it is very necessary to have strict penalties for someone who against deliberately. In addition the Governments can use some encouragements for some individuals who follow and support actively. By that ways, I believe that we can limit the inceasing in population.

From what has been discussed above, we may finally draw the conclusion that although the cities all over the world is facing many serious problems in the 21st century, we still can control all of them. The most two important things is providing to all people the proper knowledge and having the global unity.

Along with the development of society, more and more problems are brought to our attention, one of which is that the serious polluted environment in the world. I do strongly support the idea that the pollution of land, water and air of many countries are more and more serious.
The first fact that can be seen by every person is that the polluted air in developing countries and developed countries. The strong growth of the industry brings many benefits to human but these industrial activities are the main causes of the smog, toxic fumes and greenhouse gases emission such as CO2, SO2, NOx, CFC.What is also worth noticing is that these gases create polluted atmosphere and global warming more and more seriously. In fact, these not only influence badly to our environment, the climate, the activities of human not only healthy of human and other creatures. Example, the smog incidents in London in 1952 caused nearly 5000 deaths. Moreover, if Earth's temperature increased 2 degrees C, the two poles ‘ s ices melts and sea levels to which many low-lying land is lost, many animals will be extincted.Therefor, to protect the air environment, people need to reduce toxic gases emissions from industry, agriculture and living first; besides, we need to use these cleaner energy sources, protect forest and plant more trees.
The second thing that must be taken into consideration is water problems as contaminated river, floods and melting ice caps. The river is polluted by toxic waste from activities of industry, agriculture, family life and hospital. Floods and melting ice caps cause great damage to people and property. For instance, there were 76 people killed and the total economic losses estimated at over 2,500 billion in the inundation in Nghe An province of VietNam in October 2010. From my own perspective, I do strongly support the idea that the factories, hospitals have to treat wastewater to achieve standard before emptying into the river. Furthermore, we need to have many measures to protect the watersheds and the timely response method to limit the harmful effects of flooding.

There is a further point we must discuss that the land issues such as soil erosion, acid rain, litter on the streets, building in rural areas, land – fill sites full of rubbish, droughts and deforestation are more serious in many countries. To limit these matters require that we must have land using project reasonably, punish these acts of deforestation and improve people's environmental awareness as to put rubbish at the prescribed place, etc.

From what has been discussed above, we may finally draw the conclusion that the polluted environment is a hot issue in the world now and is need to care better.

Along with the rapid development of the society, more and more problems are brought to our attention, one of which is that there is environmental issues in other countries. A pollution problem today is noticeably contaminated soil, water, air.
The first reason that can be seen by every person is that we encounter is soil pollution. Cause must be mentioned that due to improper irrigation of the people, they used the feces of cattle not handled properly applied to land and other chemical side effects, long-term accumulation in the ground. Besides the daily waste of the family and industrial waste of factories to the ground. To overcome these problems we should build waste treatment system to avoid affecting the structure of the soil. Soil pollution can lead to water pollution if toxic chemicals leach into groundwater, or if contaminated runoff reaches streams, lakes, or oceans. Soil also naturally contributes to air pollution by releasing volatile compounds into the atmosphere. so it should handle well at this stage to avoid the influence of other factors.
The second thing that must be taken into consideration is that there is water pollution. Subjective reason, it occurs when pollutants drain into rivers, streams, lakes. Pollutants can be in the form of chemicals from fertilizers, pesticides, oil, gasoline, antifreeze, and even mulch or dirt. Objective reason, natural phenomena such as volcanoes, algae blooms, storms, and earthquakes also cause major changes in water quality and the ecological status of water. it should be paid attention to the production planning process.
