Of course I’s think I have to say that people are healthier now than before. This is due to the fact that nowadays people access to the good health care system.
4. Do u think fastfood will still be popular in the future?
Certainly I would definitely say that fast food is more and more popular in the future. The more society develops, the more people are busy, so they have less time. Fastfood will help them to save their time.

Well you know, Viet Nam is a country which has a very multiform food culture. I’m really into cooking noodles, spring rolls, vegetables and sauce; you might not know this but it’s very popular in VietNam. In fact, it’s quite interesting to consider that I always make it with my friends at weekend. Cooking it make me feel happy

1. Well you know, I don’t have much time in a day and I often get up late do the food I like to cook most is ready made noodle.It’s very easy to cook and It takes me a very short time from preparing to eating and dish washing.
2. In today’s condition, both depression and inflation are affecting strongly to Vnmese’s family. They are now spending money more carefully and they aware that cooking in home is cheaper than going out. 3. I do strongly believe that because nowaday, the life condition are more comfortable and convenient, and it gets full measure than in the past, so that people can get a better health.
4. Of course, I have no reason to deny it. The more fastly society develops, the less time we have, and fastfood is the best choice for this problem.
5. I would like to introduce a Vnmese’s traditional food. Its name is roll. Many people in VN like it even foreigners. It’s a food made from pork, noodle, egg and some vegetables subject to the favor of maker. I like it but I don’t have much time or chance to make it. Once or twice a year, in some family’s party like Tet holiday, I make it by my hand . The processing is very complex and difficult because there are many things must be prepared. But when I am doing it, I feel very exciting, especially the rolling section. When it’s complete, Not only it looks nice, but also it’s very nutritious.

Well you know, I think the current health is always top priority in people's lifestyles in my country. People were assured of their health because of the country's medicine is increasingly complete and modern.

Well, That's the truth. I believe that fast food will become indispensable in the near future. Society grows, people become busy with work and lazy to cook. Fast food is the number one choice if they spend too much time for other activities.

Vietnam food culture is rich and varied. The foreign tourists are always excited to hear the name and enjoy them. That's just the everyday rustic cuisine of Vietnam such as: noodles, spring rolls, meatballs, sausage, rice cakes, potato cakes, tea, doll, ... I love to make the traditional dish for my family on special occasions, it's meaning and emotion, they made me proud of my country.

Well, to be honest I should really say that I haven’t usually cooked since I started to go to work because I’m too busy. When I was a university student, I had more time for cooking. But now, I only cook at the weekend and cook mostly everyday dishes of Vietnamese. And sometimes, I also try to cook different dishes, such as Spaghetti noodle, pizza or make cakes for my family and friends.

2. Do people in your country like cooking meals for friends in their home or do they prefer going out to eat in restaurant?
Actually, I think it’s both in my country. Well you know, in the big cities, for example Ha Noi, HCM city, Da Nang, Nha Trang,…where standard of living is high and there are a lot of kinds of restaurant for people to choose and try the dishes that they have never eaten before or it’s too difficult for them to cook, so they like going out to eat. However, if they want a warm atmosphere with their family and friends, so you know, cooking meals at home is a good choice.

3. Are people healthier in your country now than they were in the past?
Well in actual fact, if I think about it, I guess that in many ways it’s fairly true. Well as you can probably guess, social development lead to improvement in quality of life, so nutritional isues are more interested now than in the past. The generation today eat foods with more nutrious and in fact, in Viet Nam, people, especially teenagers are taller and healthier than us before. But, as you know, everything has a good side and a bad side, there are also now many foods which aren’t ensure about quality, but also contain toxic substances. Of course I think I’d have to say that toxic substances greatly affect our health, and they are one of the causes for human disease, such as cancers.

4. Do you think fast food will still be popular in the future?
Of course, Well in general I would say that it is the general trend of the world. When our life is too fast and we don’t have many time for eating, fast food is an inevitable choice. And as you can see, evidence that the fastfood chains, such as Mc Donald or KFC are doing thriving and having more and more restaurants in the world. But, to be honest I should really say that I still prefer traditional meals.

These days, by the competetion of market economy makes goods become cheaper, better and frequently change in sample. Everybody has trend often change funitures with new items more. Consequently, the large amounts of waste are discharge into the environment. This waste include many type, electronic waste such as: TV, washing machines, refregaration,…other funiture, chairs, mattesses,… although they are well. These wastes are very dificult to break out or not each crawl. These electronic wastes contains large quantities of heavy metals, lead, mercury and other toxic substances contaminating the environment and make effect human life. For example, in Ivory coast has 10 people died and 70000 people to be treated as toxic vapors emanating from buried wastes pits near living areas. Another example that in Guiyu city (China) where is considered the capital of electronic waste – percentage of children with blood lead up to 70%.
These waste are effecting people’s lives through water, food, air,…and cause human disease. On the other hand, everybody throw away products in orders to replace them with new items to accelerate the circulation of goods on the market. As a rule,sell more goods, reproduce more quickly with larger, these business need to use more labor to create products, create more jobs for workers. However, along with the amount of waste produced is also greater. Comparison between the environmental disadvantage of this disadvantage outweigh the economic advantages. As a result of throw away good product is not encourage.
From what has been discussed above, we may finally draw the conclusion that throw away perfectly good products is action wasters and make the polution environment, people have to suffer diseases. Continued using good products are also enviroment protection action. Environment proctection is the protection of huma life.

1, What kind of food do you like to cook?
Well, to be honest, I suppose I have to say that, I am fairly keen on cooking Vietnamese food. It is due to the truth that our family is VietNamese so we have many traditional Vietnam recipe. In addition VietNamese food is awesome and it is not only well-known in VietNam but also in many countries.
2, Do people in your country like cooking meal for friends in their homes or do they prefer going out to eat in restaurants?
Well, in general I would say that, I think Vietnamese people love making meal for friends at weekend rather than invite them to restaurant. obviously, cooking meal at home is not expensive. There is no doubt that in the time when food hygiene and safety are at an alarming rate as now, cooking by themselves was a wise decision.
3, Are people healthier in your country now than they were in the past?
Well in actual fact, I think it’s not the truth. Well as you can probably guess that along with the development of our society, eating becomes not only for being survival but also a hobbies. The young generation today eat more junk foods and fast food with more nutritious and fat. This bad habit can lead to some dangerous disease such as diabetes and obesity.
4. Do you think fast food will still be popular in the future?
Well in general I would say that it can probaly happen. When our life is too fast and we don’t have much time to eat, fast food is an ovibious choices.

Task 2: describe a popular dish from your country that you enjoy making
Well, as you can probably guess I am Vietnamese, so I am really excited about cooking traditional foods, especially a VietNam popular dish, spring rolls. And I need to start of by pointing out that Spring roll is not only facile to do from my own perspective but also delicious. Spring rolls seems to be intricate with numbers of people but it is due to the fact that they do not have sufficient Ingredients. Just because spring rolls could take a lot of time to do, we sometimes make it at weekend, when we have more leisure time. Obviously, spring rolls is famous so many diffirent restaurants in many countries serve it and many people love it too. Spring roll in VietNam is not only a well-known dish but also a part of culture.

Many people take the view that children should start to work in suitable age in the world.
The first reason that can be seen by every person is that when children are so young, they have not enormous capacity for hard work and then, their heal will be too terrible. In addition, they become disappointed if their job is not suitable for them. The final goal is that they can be enticed in improper jobs such as theft, drug and so on. They have not full knowledge and behavior to protect themselves.
On the other hand, there are also a sizable percentage of people who strongly hold the opinion that the fluctuation of the age at which children are allowed to work for money is a valuable opportunity to gain experience of the work environment. Initially, children begin to work when they are so young, they will have so many time to learn everything about their job. They start with the simplest business and step by step, they have actual experiences in not only their work but also their life. They become more mature and smart than the same age people who do not work as them. Furthermore, they have so many chances to train and practice both a lot of fields and positions. Therefore, they will understand themselves such as their strength, weakness and appropriate career. Finally, they have obvious purpose and effective job.
From my own perspective, I do strongly support and completely agree the idea that the age at which children are allowed to work for money should vary from country to country. There are many reasons support that persons being the rich, throw away perfectly good products in order to replace them with more up to date models helping to economic development. Market fully depends on consumers buying more sales or not. It is said that “ Money is strongly circulated that is a reason to make a expanding economy”. The much more goods is sold, the more develop the market is. If nobody buy model sales, high technology is not impulse to research to serve human life. Many views is said that they work all their life to satify demands themselves because existence is boring if human does not know to come into date models and nobody want their own to become timeless.
In contrast, that brings bad sides to environment. Issue doing not debate with the things recycled such as the wooden furniture or paper goods saying extremely amicable with life environment. Nevertheless plastic or nilon are seen difficult to decay and what we can do with these not to harmful to nature usually being argued question. Nowadays, they celebrate festival day called “ protecting our earth” whose goal exchanges good products each other to protect environment to go away more waste and slogan is showed that “ old goods with the others but new good with myself”.

Children do not care or know about how hard their parents earn money so they waste money so it is believed that parents should teach them about the value of money. In fact, they need to approach the difficulties they have to face in the future like earning money, then self-study how to solve them. It is not easy, but experiencing is a best way of studying.
On the other hand, they believe there is no evidence to support that allowing children to earn money is a good decision. It will have a great influence on their studying. Socially, employing children under the age of work is an illegal action because they are not enough old to understand the danger of their work.

Secondly , through something which they have done, children have more opportunity to approach the realities of everyday life. It is obviously that children can effectively learn the useful matters, not contained in school study program. The second thing that must be taken into consideration is that too busy in work in some case actually can bring children harmful effects. There are many reasons supporting the view that children should not work for money. Firstly, it is better for children to concentrate to study. You know, things like accuracy, ingenuity and a passion for cake. I guess the reason why I’m a fan of cake is because I adore flavor and ingredient to make cake. In addition to this I suppose I’m also pretty passionate about the French cake ( I mean gateaux), especially traditional styles and things like that, and this is due to the fact that French cake is very tasty and popular.

Well to be honest, I think I would have to say that it really depends. Like for instance, if people have a lot of money or they prefer the convenience, spacing of the restaurants, then it’s quite possible that I will have meals in luxury restaurant or hotel with their friends. You know the foods in the restaurants are tasty and attractive. Whereas in contrast, if people love the intimacy, it’s more likely that they will organize small party at home with close friends.

3. Are people healthier in your country now than they were in the past?

Of course I think I’d have to say that people are better and longer life. This is due to the fact that the more scientific develop the more human health care. In addition to this, I’m really that the health care community is better. The diseases are cured. The poor are also health care and free medical.

4. Do you think fast food will still be popular in the future?

Well, you know, now, fast food will be popular. There are many fast food restaurants opened, such as McDonald, KFC to serve young people and busy people. Fast food restaurant is a place for social activity for teenagers. Just like small kids, teens are very influenced by their peers and by the media. So, it is fun to be there, as seen in fast food TV advertisements. It is cool. Fast food is becoming the teenager trend. So, all in all, I believe that this foods will still be developed in the next years.

5. Describe a popular dish from your country that you enjoy making.

In actual fact, a popular dish in my country is chung cake. The ingredient of chung cake include sticky rice, green been and pork. They are packed by a special leaf kind named “dong”. This is the taste and nutrition. Chung cake link with “chung cake, rice cake” legend long long ago. Actually, this cake is the image of the Earth. Chung cake is traditional dish and made in Tet Holiday.
