Last year I was a terrible story. I failed the exam to University, I did not enough points to pass it. I was very sad about that and embarrassed with my parent and neighbors. At that time I did not know what to do. One week later I have thought carefully and decided to do it once again. I told to my father and he was very supportive. My father said: “ People sometimes have stumbled, we must know how to pass it”. A year went by very fast, I have studied very hard. Finally, the important exam came and I tried my best to do it. Unfortunately, I failed again. Points were higher than last year very much. But I was not sad anymore because I tried hard. I had enough points to another school and was applied to study. I was studying architecture at Phuong Dong University and this is my favorite branch. I’m happy now and I will try to learn good in here.

Topic 37: What are the factors that cause stress and how to cope with stress?
Modern life is full of hassles, deadlines, frustrations, and demands. For many people, stress is so commonplace that most of us cannot avert. Hence, this essay will look at why human get stressed as well as how to resolve this complication.
Before examining the reasons of stress, should we indicate what stress is. According to Brian Luke Seaward, Ph.D., is a renowned and respected international expert in the fields of stress management, situations and circumstances or any stimulus that is perceived to be a threat is referred to as a stressor or that which causes or promotes stress. In other words, stress is the emotional and physical way in which we respond to pressure. Stressor can be broken down roughly into either external or internal stressor (or a mixture of both).
Normally, common external sources of stress probably include major life events or daily hassles such as traffic jams, time pressures, loneliness, queuing, pollution, gossip and so on. It cannot deny that having to wait for along time provoke you to feel infuriated with yourself and people who are around you although you do not want so that.
There is a further more subtle point we must consider is internal stressors. In fact, we tend to think that stress I solely caused by external events, situation and people, yet this is not strictly correct. Stress, however, is sometimes induced by us. A sizeable percentage of people hope against hope they are able to achieve success in everything from family, career, love. Hence, if they could not gain what they had wished, they would be easy fall into despair.
Which methods to deal with stress is truly becoming increasingly prevalent problems with most of people. Firstly, the best way would be to think positive because just a bit of it can turn us back onto the path of happiness and healthiness. One other approach is to relax body and mind through and through by taking part in outdoor activity, playing some sport, visiting friends or simply enjoying a meal which we cook by ourselves.
It can be seen from the examples that both the causes and levels of stress felt by any one individual really depend upon a variety of elements. Trying to think positive and adjusting mind are methods to balance between stress at work and entertainment and release tension.

Six months ago when I was preparing for graduation exams University, I never think I had been examined to become master. Some myfriend advised me try but I think I couldn’t. because I hate fail. Then I met mysister and talked her about that. She advised me try to because this was challenge ( my university only test in each year), if I don’t try I lost my opportunities, and when I going to work I learn very hard. She made me had power, I decision to registration for exams. In less than 1 months, I had been try very much. I think only one was I will try my best althought no matter how the results. The one day when I knew the result I was very happy. If I didn’t determined, I probably missed my opportunity. That ‘s very interesting !

Sliding college was a shock for me. Then all the dreams, passion, and purpose in life seems to stop. I feel tired, exhausted and lose faith. I cried a lot. I feel ashamed for parents, friends and even myself because I have been a good pupil and I’am quite confident. I have filed in a different university which this school is not my forte. I admitted. I do not get very excited.
But after 4 years, I think I was lucky. I find a job more suited to my ability, with the trend of economic development, and above all this work satisfy the creative passion of mine.
Have a story behind that change. when I was a first-year students, in a lecture combat skills with difficulty. My teacher said: That the failure always comes with the lessons and opportunities.If you only look at past failures, but do not try what you have in the present, you will continue to fail, fail, fail forever.I wake and since then I try harder to get success now

My story happened 10 years ago. That's when I did not pass the Foreign Trade University. I was very sad and disappointed in myself. I cried a lot in my room. I have every reason to find the cause to blame for their failure. But while I was sad very much so, I thought that I had to overcome the failure of myself. I have tried to study hard, been thinking about what I went through to try harder. Because I tried a lot of that on the exam next year, I passed the Foreign Trade University.

When I prepared for college exam, I had some testing exams. My scores were so bad. My faith was collapsed completely. I thought I couldn’t pass the college exam. When two months left until the exam, I had read an article about a foreigner. He has no arms and legs. But he was still alive, play sports and he was very happy. “If I fail, I will try again, again and again. If you fail, are you going to try again?”, he said. I only had three times failure and I gave up. From that day, I tried my best to improve knowledge and complete my skills. The result was I had passed the exam with high scores. I can’t remember his name. But I wish his all good things.

Today is the bad day. All things were terrible. I often go to school by my motorbike at 6 a.m. But my motorbike was broken. So, I went to school by bus. I waited for a bus to an hour and I arrived at school at 8 a.m. The lesson started. My teacher shouted me: “ Go out” and I got a bad point. I cried and ran out in my class. When I was running out, I stepped on anything. But I continued to run and catched a bus. I stepped on the bus, everybody looked at me and nobody didn’t stand near me. I did not care about it. Then I came back home, my mother saw my shoes. “Oh my god” she said. I was so shy because my shoes smelt up. When I went to bed, I told my mother about things happened. She said: “ All things are in the past”. I will try hard, try hard. Although what things happen, I always smile and smile. And then I will have a sweet dream.

Do you believe that the difficulty that always exists in our real lives, will decide who you are: loser or winner? With my true experences, I have realized that the key of the matter is the positive thoughts. As you know, when I was first year student in university, I was arranged to stay at dormitory that included twelve people per one. I found it not easy to accustom a new life, with new friends who have different characters. Sometimes, they made me feel annoy because of their behaviour such as: they listened to music too loud when I was studying, or they turned on their lamp when I was sleeping... Morever, they made free use of my own furnitures. At such moments, I just wanted to move away. Fortunately, one time, I told all to my ex-teacher and then I was received such useful advises that I changed my old thought. I understood that I had to think more positive and straightforward; I also learned how to forgive and share. I knew other members in my room tried to improve themselves, too. After that, I felt my life became more beautiful. In additon, I loved my friends more and more.

Two years ago, I failed in the university exam. During that time I lost all faith in life, very desperate and painful. I had studied hard and quite so I was shocked when I knew. That day, I did the exam not as good as I expected but I think it’s not too bad. However the scores was very low, I could not imagine. I didn’t really believe in myself , it was difficult for me. I thought negative, didn’t want to do anything, closed the door and didn’t contact with anyone.
However, my parents and close friend encouraged me a lot. Little by little, I started to calm, didn’t think negative and created a new plan. With determination, I studied hard and I passed the exam easily in the university exam last years. Now, I am studying at the National Economics University which is the top of the university in Viet Nam. My parents is proud of me and I’m very happy because I had judicious choice. And I am seeking to become a good economist in the future.

We cannot be friendly with all the people whom we came to meet. We hate some people for some reasons. The person I hate most is Hung who lives in a few block near my flat. He is a twenty-year-old-boy and a terror in my neighborhood. His parents died when he was only five years old, thus the boy has grown up in the streets. He lived as a bully, a pickpocket and an extortioner. He was arrested by the police several times and now he is still incorrigible.
Once he was arrested for being a vagrant and kept in the welfare home for sometime. On another occasion he picked a man’s pocket and was jailed for six months. He will threat money from youngsters like me and if we refuse he would threaten us with a knife.
I'm terribly afraid of this bully. I am sure, one day he will land up in prison with a longer sentence. This boy is danger to the society and so that I hate him. and i am assured that everyone is agree with me.

Writing task 2 : The money you spent on space research has brought enormous benefits to mankind, but it could be more usefully applied. How far do you agree?
Government budget should be prioritized distributed due to the limited resources and the future feedback. Some hold the views that investing on space program is worthwhile because it represents a huge step of human technology. Others may outweigh the significance of public health because it is the fundamental of a country. As for me, I agree more with the latter one.
The public health programs in schools and hospitals require a huge amount of budget to support. For children and teenagers, school learning is the most precious period in their life. The government should subsidize for those who are incapable of attending school and ensure every citizen has the equal right and resource to finish compulsory education. For impoverished patients, the government should assist them with the cost of serious surgeries. For a capable citizen, he is equipped with abundant public health knowledge to take good care of himself and others around him.
The space programs are the resemblance of a country’s advanced technology. It is a huge step for human beings to figure out whether there are undiscovered creatures or materials on other planets. Nevertheless, the immense cost on research programs and cultivation of scientists and experts are countless. The budget putting on space programs could be utilized to survive millions of citizens. What’s more, the results of the space programs are unpredictable.
Accordingly, I do not agree with the government’s investing on space programs instead of important public services.
