Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Experience working with colleagues in European countries
- Knowledgeable with 3+ years of relevant work experience in Salesforce platform administration.
- 5 to 8 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (mandatory) and Salesforce Experience Cloud (advantageous).
- 1 to 3 years of experience with Salesforce Flow and other OOTB features.
- Ability to work with end-users from non-tech departments like Sales, Service, Marketing.
- Experience with technical and business documentation.
- Strong analytical skills to investigate and correctly identify the root cause.
- Good time management skills, able to identify and prioritize urgent/critical requests.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrates professionalism and confidence: dynamic thinker, proactive, can-do attitude, problem solver, and result-oriented.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in English is required.
- Eagerness to learn, develop, and get involved in a wide range of tasks.
