To realize such ambition, we are looking for excellent candidate for the position of Sales Manager for our Rep. Office of Lifepharma/Italfarmaco Group in Vietnam with specifications as below. Position summary The main role of the Sales Manager is to build and maintain a high performance Field Force to effectively achieve business objectives. That includes creating and implementing effective sales strategies and lead the Field Force personnel to forecast and achieve sales targets. The Sales Manager provides leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development to Med-reps in collaboration with other relevant teams/departments within the Representative Office. Key responsibilities and duties for this job · Recruiting and coaching of Field Force staff · Achieve sales objective for assigned geographical sales area(s) by ensuring proper implementation of sale/marketing plans and activities by the Field Force within approved budgets. · Achieve, sustain sales and propose new plans to develop sales. · Check accuracy and updating physician coverage of all promoted products by each Area team. · Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base · Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market · Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole · Allocating areas to sales representatives · Developing sales strategies and setting targets · Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets · Compiling and analysing sales figures · Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts · Collecting customer feedback and market research · Keeping up to date with products and competitors · Analyze sales figures of in-charge region(s), measure gaps and define action plans. · Analyze available information to identify business opportunities in assigned regions. · Manage activities of down-line sales managers and supervise their performance against pre-defined criteria. · Lead and facilitate target-setting activity in the country/region/area; ensure proper balance of stretch and achievability. · Validate, modify monthly, quarterly forecasts as needed based on market trends. · Listing activities at hospitals. · Check accuracy of hospital targeting and hospital listing. · Maintain necessary contact with major accounts, opinion leaders to achieve the objectives of the Rep Office. · Initiate, validate and implement the performance evaluation/assessment system for the Field Force.Ensure understanding of total rewards and use this to motivate the team. · Build strong team spirit by setting clear directions, clarifying expectations, providing support, promoting teamwork and collaboration, and constantly engaging their people to drive retention. · Assess down-line manager competencies, set and implement development plans with each manager. Create development opportunities in accordance with the plan. · Minimize impact of vacancies through appropriate resource planning and by working in partnership with HR to ensure timely recruitment. Corporate compliance responsibility: · Every staff of Lifepharma/Italfarmaco is accountable for assuring compliance’s rules & ethic code when meeting with Healthcare Professionals to strengthen the company’s image. · Ensure all the activities of the Sale unit comply with relevant acts, legal demand and ethical standards and in line with sale/marketing plan. Qualifications Education: University degree on Medicine or Pharmacy Experience · At least 3 - 5 years experienced in Sales Manager position (e.g. area sales manager) or comparable in an international pharmaceutical company. · Knowledge and experience in the field of woman’s health and network in O&G would be big plus · Impressive sales achievement is a plus (evidenced).
