Job description

1. Planning
Design and execute appropriate HR strategies that are in line with the organizational strategy with CEO

2. Recruitement
Recruit & select high-performing personnel according to HR strategy

3. Training
Design and coordinate training courses that address organizational targets and maximises the potential of the company

4. Evaluation
Design and implement employees' performance evaluation

5. Working environment
Prepare HR-related documents and statutory reports as required by relevant government departments and ensure that they are compliant with legal requirements
Manage and supervise payments, prepare cash flow forecast, monthly tax statements
Manage administrative tasksffice general maintenance, equipment, stationery etc, …
Complete other tasks assigned by manager.

Job Requirement
Up to date knowledge of Vietnamese labour market and Vietnamese labour legislation
Familiar with all administrative and human resourcing working procedure
Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
At least 3 years of work experience at the same positions in a foreign company is prefered
Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills in English.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
