- Selling company Products and services direct to Japanese customers Key Account Customers in Danang city & provinces nearby.

- Visiting listed customers directly to an allocated territory and discovering the potential needs of customers.

- Delivering sustainable business performance and achieving sales target to contribute the growth of company.

- Making presentations to customer and introducing company's Innovative and high quality Printing Solution.

- Developing consultative sales skills; learning about Customers procurement functions, staying current with all aspects of business including industry and competitive data; learning and keeping others informed of competitive market information.

- Submitting weekly, monthly sales report to direct manager as required.

- Possessing market intelligence on including related projects & opportunities, competition and competitor activities/trends, contingency plans for changing market conditions.

- Working place: Da Nang City.

Qualifications:

- Sales Experience DIRECT (B2B) is preferred.

- Good at Japanese and English.

- Experience with MS Office application.

Technical & soft skills:

- Organized, reliable, self-motivated and confidence personality.

- Positive thinking and high responsibility is a requirement for bestsellers.

- Ability to work under pressure to achieve target.

- English: Intermediate (Prefer).

Mô Tả Công Việc:

- Responsible for development Graphic Communication Solution (GCS) of Fuji Xerox (FX) in Vietnam.

- Responsible for individual sales target and team target.

- Manage a portfolio of customers, communicate and exchange information with customers on a regular basis.

- Professionally present FX’s Corporate Identity, products, services & solutions to the market and prospective customers.

- Proactively develop new relationship with prospective customers via sales and relevant activities, including regular direct sales visits, conferences, sales & marketing events, trade fairs… and other possible channels.

- Build a strong positive relationship with existing customers, provide adequate support and service to ensure account’s maximum performance and growth, and prevent threats of competition.

- In charge of every task of assigned sales cycles, including document preparation, customer negotiation, contract, payment, in accordance with company policies & procedures.

- Participate in, and promote the sharing of knowledge. Attend training courses as required

- Assist the GCS Senior Manager to ensure all of GCS activities are compliant with company’s policies & procedures.

- Submit all required reports in a complete and timely manner.

- Other duties as assigned by GCS Sales Manager.

- University degree and dynamic.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, presentation ability and high persuasive competency.

- Target-oriented and capable to work under high pressure.

- 2 years project sales experience (just key account or spare part experience is unacceptable).

- Proactive, keen to learn and sale oriented.

- Direct Sales Experience is an advantage.

- Printing industry experience is an advantage.
